This is the ultimate method available for ultimate toughness, creating a coating with twice the thickness of our usual residential or business process. Floors that support considerable loads, such as from heavy-duty forklifts, should be coated with trowel grade epoxy. In addition, trowel grade also is recommended if concrete contact with corrosive or caustic chemicals is common.
