When Strength is a Requirement
Trowel grade epoxy is the ultimate concrete coating for thickness and endurance! For heavy-duty shops, industrial properties, chemical plants, and factories, trowel grade epoxies are ultimate. They withstand additional loads, corrosives, and traffic. If your floor deals with excesses like these, it needs a trowel grade epoxy coating.
With thicker epoxies comes added time for curing. Ideally, trowel grade epoxy is layered at temperatures of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Under that, and the epoxy, with its clear coat, takes longer to cure. Normal curing time is eight to twelve hours for each coating. The full cure, when normal activities can begin again, is after seven days. Below 55 degrees Fahrenheit trowel grade coats are best not attempted.
Trowel grade calls for real experience and skills to install right. Nevada Custom Coatings has the teams and tools essential to match the requirements of any commercial or industrial building.
