Installing Epoxy Floors
Nevada Custom Coatings starts an installation with diamond grinding that both scours and preps the floor for the installation of the epoxy. Due to concern for the cleanliness and air quality of your property, we use powerful industrial grade vacuums with HEPA filtration that remove dust.
When the preparation is completed, a wicking epoxy is layered onto the concrete. This resilient product flows into all the small pores and fissures in the floor to cover it evenly. These imperfections strengthen the adhesion to your floor and ensure the epoxy will protect your floor for its lifetime.
But the process won’t end there! After the base coat is in place, we layer on the texture, pattern, and color selections you selected ahead of time. To finish, we apply a transparent topcoat that seals, preserves, and protects the new floor from UV light damage and scratches.
