If Strength is Needed
Trowel grade epoxy is the maximal concrete coat for thickness and toughness! For heavy-duty shops, manufacturing locations, chemical plants, and factories, trowel grade coatings are perfect. They endure more loads, corrosives, and traffic. If your concrete takes much punishment, it needs a trowel grade epoxy coating.
With heavier epoxies comes added time for curing. Ideally, trowel grade epoxy is laid at temperatures of seventy degrees Fahrenheit, or more. Below that, and the epoxy, with its clear coat, takes more time to cure. The usual curing time is 8-12 hours for each coat. The complete cure, when average activities can begin again, is after 7 days. Below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, trowel grade coats are best not attempted.
Trowel grade specifies significant skill and experience to install right. Nevada Custom Coatings has the teams and equipment necessary to match the requirements of any commercial or industrial site.
